Holiday Times Good Happy Fun Yes!
Had a great day today! I got to hang out with my friend Maggie, who is in town from New York. We went to one of our usual spots when she is in town, Uptown, and kicked it for a few hours. I am so glad to have a friend who though I have not seen for a few months yet can immediately get into a conversation like we saw each other yesterday.

I’ve been recording the past few weeks and things are really coming along. We have one song over half finished, nearly all the scratch tracks done, and some great writing going on. Still have a lot of work to do, but I am super excited. Once everything is done it will be available on iTunes. Seattle Tumblrs stay posted for the release party information!

The job search continues.
I’m pretty disillusioned by the whole “looking for a job” thing “in this economy.” I’m grateful that I have a job right now, but I would like to be working full time and making more money. The situation is bad enough that I have applied for grass roots type jobs… you know, the people who hassle you on the street about money while holding clipboards.
